miscarriage

Hi, just to check.. i am pregnant 6w6d.. the pregnacy symptons is not huge... can i check if miscarriage or baby no heartbeat.. will that leads bleeding? I do have some spotting but i don know if its the medicine i insert into vaginal.... getting paranoid...
