Calf muscle cramp while sleeping

My calf suddenly cramp when i was sleeping😵 i am an active person. I do exercise, walking, yoga hence i dont understand where the pain comes from🥲🥲

Same. I get this almost every night. Bought compression socks and it helped a abit, but still cramp 🥲 It said to help prevent water retention too.
