15 months bleeding gums on the anterior teeth

Brushed my baby teeth on the anterior and theres blood on her gums. What does it means? Periodontal disease? Or maybe im brushing a little to hard? Currently using 2 years old kodomo toothbrush which the dentist told me its ok to use for my 15 months old baby.
