Drink loads of fluids, eat and sleep well, don’t be stressed (stress drops the supply a lot) Latch baby on demand, pump in between feeds, do power pumping

try legendairymilk! create a pumping schedule if you’re not latching or just pump 30mins to 1hr aft latching

Can try eating papaya, durian, oats or drink papaya fish soup & milo.
