How much milk are you giving?Can pause after awhile giving 1/2 of the feeds.
If persistent vomit could be reflux issue.Advice will see a Dr so that can prescribe medications.
If it is a one time off once in awhile,it is fine.

Abit of spit out is fine.
You just have to monitor she "merlion" quite frequent anot..
Maybe after feeding let ur little one sit for about 15min before putting back to bed.
