Black dots on Hegen teat

Hello! My baby is using Hegen milk bottle and after almost 2 months, black dots start to appear on the teat. I experienced this twice. I know that teat need to change every 2-3 months. But is it normal? Do Mummies/Daddies using other milk bottle brands experience the same?
