Premature baby (36 weeks delivery)

Are babies born at 36 weeks going to be fine? I will most probably deliver my boy at 36 weeks and am scared of NICU complications etc... he is only 2.4kg now

My eldest was born 36weeks and 3 day's.. OK lng naman cya he is not premature but we notice he has allergies.sensitive sa malalamig at may sip on lagi..feel ko some organs not develop well kasi 36 weeks PA lng cya.
