ask lang po if pede magtake ng folic 400mcg together with prenatal vitamin na my folic 400mcg nadin, I'm 11weeks po
unless it was prescribed by your OB. otherwise, kindly consult OB. during 1st trimester, folic acid is taken in 5mg kaya wala siang kasabayan na ibang supplements with folic acid in low dosage, unless prescribed by OB. then starting 2nd trimester, folic acid in 5mg is no longer prescribed. folic acid will be in low dosage present in multvitamins.
