Hello mommies. I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant. Do you have any suggestions to relieve shoulder and upper back pain? Alam ko di pa puwede ang massage eh. I already sleep from the side and I do stretches.

as in pure organic po? kasi ung iba they claim that its pure organic but still may halo pdin n chemical. much better to ask your ob po. or kung kaya naman tiisin na di muna magkulay to make sure the safety of your baby po.
