Anyone used Autumnz maternity pads? Are they thick or thin kind? Any reviews? Thank you

Suggest you to buy the kotex pants more comfy.

The regular night pads work just fine.

will regular overnight pads require more frequent changing? I'm worried that their absorbency is not as great as typical maternity pads; and that means I may need to drag my sore body to the bathroom more frequently...
