Haemorrhoids in First Trimester

IAnyone had haemorrhoids in first trimester? I’m going to week 11. Got it after constipation and hurts when I walk sometimes. Some light bleeding but not a lot and it’s kind of swollen. Any advice other than eating more fibre?
