upper abdominal pain during third trimister

Anyone experiencing pain in upper abdominal? Not sure is it due to gas or something, pls suggest how to reduce? Its bearable pain hence not calling my midwife.

Sounds like heartburn. Issit after food ? But best to consult a Gynae
