Any mummies here resigned after going back to work after maternity?

I did! but was surprised that my boss offered me part time position and I still get a good salary including medical benefits. I must say it turned out very well(:

Yes I had to cos of no one to help to take care of my kids as my working time is very much hard to allow me to commit to my family which left me with no choice

I did that the first time i delivered, three days after my maternity. had to serve the notice period but no regrets. Joined back work after a year

Yes. I resigned after maternity leave. But you have to serve 1 month notice period in advance to let HR settle all the paperworks.

Ethically if they give you maternity cover and leaves you should stay for a while more
