First timer here. Any advices for pumps? Do i need 2 pumps if im going back to work after maternity? Which is better, manual or the express one?

Both have their uses. I know some moms like to use electric first, then use manual to get any small amounts of milk left. I’ve always used double electric pumps. Highly recommend Medela

Can try medela or spectra. 1 is fine ..Auto will be better .
