I resigned after I took so long to find a new job( I had left my job when I was pregnant) the new job was just too much for me to handle. Coping with a new environment and lots of workload , i can't take it and I feel sad everyday when I can only see baby for 1.5 hrs and I was unhappy everyday. I am thinking to find something part time if I can or a less junior job. Not sure if this is the right cchoice coz financially will be tight
I resigned 2 months after my maternity leave. I have no regrets as I was able to take care and be with my child during his crucial year. I have witnessed his greatest milestones in life, firsts. Now he is turning 2 and I am also ready to go back to work this.coming month. I suggest if you are going to go back to work make sure someone you leave your child to your in laws or someone you trust. I dont trust yayas. Haha.
me! I resigned once I got back. been wanting to resign, then I got pregnant so I decided to stay on (don't want to waste the maternity leave :p) and tendered when I was back. my ex boss ask me not to let me hormones get to me and do stupid things.. hahhaaa
weirdly my boss and colleagues all think that i will resign after my ML when i got pregnant. and the feeling i got from them was so uncomfy. so i resigned immediately after my ML and so they were not surprised and were expecting it actually.

I didn't resign when I had my first child. But when I had my second child, I ended up resigning six months after she was born. I didn't want to miss out on the milestones, like I did when I had my first child.
I have not but I am planning to! I want to see my baby grow up and accompany her through her major milestones. I hope to nurture her, see her smile everyday and just be with her.
Nope. Went back to work about 1.5mth and co encashed me for #1. 3 full month (then) for #2. 4 full month for #3. Went back and served 4mths, tendered as changed new job.
Yes. Immediate resignation after maternity ended. Didnt have to served the notice period, refund back one month salary to the company including the cpf contribution.
Resigned only after my elder son was in p2 as he needed more guidance in his studies. Recalled boss was super nice and accommodating after ML. Felt super blessed :)
