Am only 10 weeks pregnant.I don't have appetite for anything.And am worried my baby will not get nutrition or any vitamins.

Its normal to lose appetite. Please continue to take ur folic acid. And if your gynae have already prescribe you prenatal vitamins, please take it. Thats where ur baby can get the nutrients from.
