is it advisableto do warm-ups before finding out if pregnant?maybe before the next cycle

Are u planning/trying to get pregnant? If so, then avoid heavy or intense physical activity. Light exercise at a level you are already used to should be fine.

As long u are not preg yet. It’s ok u can exercise. But if planning to get preg next month. Then get a preg test first. You can do pregnancy workouts.

Very light exercise should be OK or you can consult your gynaecologist...
