Lebam bulat benjol yang ngilu tu boleh jadi dari pressure or latch yang agak tertekan, a few of my mum friends experienced something similar, and some took a break dari direct nursing for a bit, pakai pump je for a few days. Tapi sebab ada benjol dan ngilu, better check with your doctor or lactation consultant first, especially kalau area tu panas or ada discharge, sebab kena make sure bukan infection. In the meantime, try lanolin cream or Mama's Choice Nipple Cream after feeding to soothe that tenderness, it's safe while breastfeeding and really helps ease the ngilu. Jangan tunggu lama-lama, go see someone just to be sure!
