Pee when cough and sneeze

Accidentally pee a few drops when cough and sneeze omg and I am only my 2nd tri???????? Anyway to improve it or it’s nature call? 😂😂

Unfortunately it’s normal 🥲 pelvic exercises can help. I’m in 3rd trimester now and it’s helped a lot! Also just let your sneeze out, don’t try to hold it in cause I feel that makes the pressure even worse on the bladder

I use videos that I find online and they have worked for me. You can try them out first and if it doesn’t work then definitely try a professional

Apparently it’s normal? I’m in second trimester and I experience this too. It comes out when I vomit too. Imagine both end come out same time. I have resorted to wearing panty liners the whole day now. 🥲
