As above. If you boss summons you for a last minute task on a weekend but you alr have plans for your family, your boss is unhappy when you reject her. Which will you choose?

Family. I used to cooperate and helped out but she became taking for granted. To make thing worse, she rewarded her favorites whom already doing lesser and no need to be involved in her weekends requests. Of course, if your boss knows how to appreciate you and if your plan is not urgent, then try to help.
