Is work or family more important to you?

Family. I used to cooperate and helped out but she became taking for granted. To make thing worse, she rewarded her favorites whom already doing lesser and no need to be involved in her weekends requests. Of course, if your boss knows how to appreciate you and if your plan is not urgent, then try to help.

Tough question, it really depends on your nature of your work. Could you work out with some form of off in lieu?

it depends on the nature of work. but of course i’d want to prioritise my family first

Tough choice :( If you don’t work will you get fired? Worse is not having an income...

Depends on how urgent the work is. Might just clear urgent matters first.

Family definitely. Especially when we have kids!
