About a week after I gave birth, I injured my ankle. I wasn't sure if it was a sprain or a fracture, but I could barely put weight on it. Since we had just brought our baby home, I couldn't bear to leave my little one for a hospital visit, so I kept hoping it would heal on its own. It's been a while now, and I'm still having pain and discomfort, so I think it's finally time to get it checked. I'd really appreciate any recommendations for an orthopaedic doctor you've had a good experience with. thank you... :)

How are you? I know Dr Henry Chan, who is an orthopaedic doctor in Singapore. He may be able to help with a consultation and treatment for your sprain. I also saw him for my ACL injury and had a good experience. I really hope you're doing okay, especially since you've just given birth. Please don't ignore the pain if it's not improving, and do get it checked when you're able to. Wishing you a smooth recovery, and congratulations on your little one! 🤍

Oh dear, please don't take any chances with a severe twist while pregnant! It's better to go to a doctor.
