itchy skin

Any mummies experience itchy skin after birth? Is it normal? Not too sure if its because of birth or epidural but my skin wasn't like this before birth. My skin became so itchy all the time after birth. Its almost 5 months since i gave birth.

Yes, it’s probably due to hormone changes. It will go away. Moisturising your skin more often will help relieve the itch.
