Traditional malay herbs (jamu)

Do you take jamu during confinement? If yes, does it affect your breast milk production? Have heard stories that some ingredients in jamu play a part in resulting breast milk to dry up.. Keeping an open mind here about traditional herbs.

Would you rather opt for confinement food catering or accept help from a relative who is willing to prepare food (but you dont know what the menu is exactly) plus do post-natal massage for you (services need to be paid)?

Nail Polish

Do you still paint your nails at third trimester? Been tempted to have pretty nails for fun haha but I heard the chemicals would get absorbed into the body, thus might affect the baby. Tried googling the ingredients etc but the scientific terms were too chim for me to understand.
