My 8month old baby is having cough . But it states there to give every morning but now his cough is so bad . So can i just give him?

please read the information on your label. it states this medicine is for flu/itchiness/allergy. bad cough is not a symptom of allergy. please do not self medicate a young child. Best to consult Dr
