7 weeks pregnant, no nausea, just fatigue and sore breasts. Normal? My first gynae appointment is next week. My stomach feels normal except for some pulling & twinges.
No symptoms is good. Not all pregnancy is the same. Some don’t feel any symptoms throughout. Some been suffer from beginning to birth.
So just relax, rest well, have a good intake of food.
