My 5yo Vampire Son (Photophobia)

My 5yo son is super sensitive to brightness. It is also affecting his cornea. I am bringing him to specialist at KK by tonight (today). However, I am afraid (actually I can confirm chop) that he will not be coorperative during the eye examine. Will they put him to sleep? Any mummies out there with similar experience?

Back home there was some dentists and eye specialists that focused on kids, the mildest method theybwould use was to use a childrens audiobook on a phone with earplugs so the kids were distracted and soothed by the storry. in more severe cases they would use a relaxant such as dormicum. Maybe call your doc and ask if he uses any such strategies
