My 4th day taking obimin. Anyone having problem having constipation? Need help. I do avoid milk. It take me after 2-4 hours to drink hot milk tea or coffee
I have constipation issue, even before pregnancy. My gynae gave me Duphalac syrup. It works for me & suitable for pregnancy. You might want to check with your gynae first. Can purchase at watsons/guardian pharmacy. Do remember to drink lots of water too. I am someone who seldom drink but for sake of baby... No choice....

I heard from my friend that she also having consripation when she took obimin. But thats not the case for me.
The best is to drink more water for me. But more water is equals to more toilet trips.

Maybe check with your gynae and ask him to prescribe other supplements. Remember to drink lotsa water
