Heart beat so fast

Am 21 weeks 6 days. Yesterday night when I sleep on my left side, I dream of my heart beat so fast and I woken up from sleep realising that my heart beat really vert fast. I sat up and relax a while before going to toilet, getting up feel a bit dizzy. Is this normal?
