My 1yo having blocked nose, making him difficulty sleeping, how can I make him sleep better?

I apply baby vicks on their chest and bottom of the soles. Let them sleep slightly higher (prop with pillows)

Try Sterimar! It's a nasal spray which helps clear the nose. You can get it from Watson's off shelf.

Do get some medication from the pd if your child feels uncomfortable. For now can rub Vicks etc

Hi, You need to have humidifier and apply Vicks on your child's chest and nasal area

I would apply Vicks at the chest. And diffuse some essential oil

Sleep elevated on propped up pillow, upper body on the pillow

Illadin works wonders for blocked nose.

I'm using young living eucalyptus.
