1)Normal k baby slow je gerak usia ne,,ambik kick dy pun yg ad denyut2 manja mcm detak jantung tu je. 2) perut rasa berat kat bwah n tegang, then bila baby gerak terasa smpai ari2 tu . Tanda baby na masuk laluan k?3) ada tak ibu² momy yg dh lengkap dose vaksin ad apa2 effect tak trutamanya astrazeneca.4) Klau puting susu dh ad kluar cecair jernih/putih ,,perlu ke nak standby beli susu formula?mmg konfirm ad air susu tak nnti. #1stimemom #firstbaby #ingintahu #bantusharing #pleasehelp

Congrats on being 32 weeks! At 32 weeks, slower movements are actually normal, babies run out of space, so kicks can feel more like rolls or that flutter feeling je, doesn't mean anything's wrong. That heaviness and tightness is super common this stage, means baby's getting lower already, tapi kena check with your doctor to confirm if baby's engaging properly or if it's just Braxton Hicks. Lots of us fully vaccinated (including Astrazeneca) delivered healthy babies, side effects are usually just the normal arm soreness or tiredness, nothing that affects pregnancy, so don't worry. Don't need to rush buy formula yet! The colostrum (that clear/white fluid) is exactly what baby needs first, and usually milk comes in properly after delivery. Majority of us managed fine, so trust your body first, if ada any concerns nanti, paediatrician boleh guide you. All the best for your delivery!
