after week 11, I changed to multi vitamins prescribed by gynae but it also contains folic acid.

I followed gynae’s cue tho. He stopped prescribing during second trimester I think.

doctor say can stop after week 11 ends, because week 12 onwards eat multivitamin..

doctor asked me to stop at 14 weeks and asked me to take prenatal vitamins

doctor prescribed one is the century pre-natal tablets , it doesn't make me feel nauseous or anything so I dint search for better ones continued with them.

Bcos the multivitamin contains folic acid too
