Bad heartburn

Hi mummies. I am 13 weeks pregnant and I have been experiencing very bad heartburn the last few weeks. I will need to burp to get the gas out, which in turn causes me to vomit my food/acid/bile and make my throat sore.. i can’t sleep all night. I tried taking antacid but it doesn’t really help.. Any advice?
