??? Waking up at 1am & 3.30am

I'm currently in my third trimester for almost every night I had been waking up at this timing due to heart burn even antacid cant help with my heart burn. I took dinner more than 3 hours before bedtime and I did not lie down immediately and I eat small portion of food. But my heart burn had been persisting for 2 nights I cant sleep already. Not sure is it due to work stress. Most of the heartburn accompanied by vomiting. Anyone facing same issue as me? I still must bear with it huhuhu ??

I'm 23 Weeks pregnant now and I'm having fluid retention on my feet it been 4 days and I went to see a doctor to take blood test but while waiting for test result out may I know can I use air compression leg massager to ease my feet swelling? Or you all will suggest compression socks instead? May I know how do I buy a compression socks any recommendation?

I'm having very stiff shoulder and aching shoulder can I use yoko yoko on my shoulder? Will it be harmful?

ice lemon tea!!!

Hi Mummies, currently I'm 16 weeks preggy going to 17 weeks soon.. I realize I everyday must consume at least 2 packet of ice lemon tea. Right now ice lemon tea is like my energy booster. I only crave for ice lemon tea so far I dont crave for any thing. Will it be harmful to my baby? Is this consider as moderate amount? I'm worry it's too sweet for my baby.

Hi Mummies!! Anyone having trouble showering/bathing? Got any advise or remedies? Cause whenever I want to take a shower I will start vomitting. At first I switch to cold water and the vomit stopped but right now cold or warm water also cant help it very sad

Weight dropping

Hi mummies, I'm currently in my 2nd trimester 3 mths plus preggy. But my weight been dropping I do eat like 3 meals a day. The last weight I took on thursday is 57.2kg right now I took and I'm 55.9kg is it normal? At the first day when I know I'm pregnant I'm 58.2kg. I'm getting worry not sure why are my weight dropping. Any mummies could advise? Thank you! I'm first time mummy here

I'm now 13weeks pregnant my nephew full moon celebration will be next week will I be able to attend? Or I should avoid?

I went for my nephew’s baby shower even at 7 months pregnant. As long as your family isn’t pantang, should be fine
