They will provide wipes and diaper for newborn, any extra you can bring back home. You can bring your own home clothes as well as for baby lile swaddle caps mittens.

Hi mummies! I’m almost 34 weeks and I have been experiencing really bad pelvic pain when I walk, change positions etc. It is so bad that I sometimes cry over it. Is this normal? Or should it be a concern? Any exercise that can help to lessen the pain? 🙏

If you’re with private practice, can call in and ask can just buy diclectin not. If government , maybe check with the pharmacy at hospital

there is baby safe hand sanitizer. I got it from baby swipe. u can try too
