abdomen cramps?

Hello mummies, are cramps normal during 3mnths of your pregnancy? somewhat like a menses cramp which comes and go at a certain point. ive went to kkh a&e as i was having slight cramps overnight and decided to do some check, dr said its quite normal to have cramps during early pregnancy. anyone experiencing the same as me, curious first time mom, do share some tips if you ever experience it too!

Hi mummies, can i check with yalls, in early pregnancy some will feel breast tenderness right? What if’s suddenly you dont feel those symptoms at week 6, should u be worried of?
