Pain on left side of stomach

After eating a bit of spicy tuna with bread and egg, went to lay in bed and felt cramps on left side of the stomach. Is it normal? Had a miscarriage one so is really afraid. Is 7weeks now.#pleasehelp

Please check with the dr asap. And also avoid any raw food items esp during 1st trimester.
