Primrose oil can really induce labor ??

Hello po momshies, First time mom here and afraid na mag overdue. Due ko na sa August 23 and still no sign of labor. Ask ko lang po if safe ba uminom ng Evening primrose oil to soften my cervix and mag start nang mag labor ?

Mga momsh, nakaranas din ba kayo ng pag-init ng tiyan during your 1st trimister ?? Normal ba yon ?? May time kasi na parang umiinit loob ng tiyan ko. Nasa 3 months pa yung tiyan ko plus first baby ko kay parang natatakot ako😰 #firstbaby
