Hi mama! Congrats on your pregnancy! Honestly, yan ay something na kailangan mong iclarify with your OB kasi sila ang makikita ang full picture ng iron levels mo through blood tests, some moms need it, some don't depending sa hemoglobin count nila, so better mag-ask directly sa next checkup mo. A few of my mum friends said their doctors adjusted their supplements based sa lab results, so don't worry, your doctor will guide you properly on what you really need. Take care, mama!
