2nd Pregnancy

As much as I know I should be strong, but I'm still a human and I still have slight trauma of giving birth to my 1st in 2023. I took epidural last minute when the pain was unbearable although i tried to avoid it (also because I heard and have relatives who had bad experiences with epi). So now that I'm expecting my 2nd, my colleague told me better to take epi again since I've took it before and had no side effects. But, i'm still worried. May I know what are yall experiences, for those who have 2nd child and above? How was your delivery experiences and is it better to go ahead with epidual again? #Second_Baby

3rd Tri and Insomnia

Currently in 3rd tri and baby can come out anytime as said by Doct. But dang, I'm so tired, yet I can't sleep at night. Waking up several times due to back, butt, tummy pain; sometimes even due to my husband's snores. So stressed up now too. Any ideas or tips on how to sleep better? I tried drinking tea etc but it doesn't help.

Trying to handle emotions

I'm at 12 weeks now. Had a really bad morning today on my way to work. Was in the public bus and got harrassed for the first time in my life. I had to stand since it was crowded but someone with a pram just got up and shoved infront of me, without an "excuse me" for me to move. I didn't have the space to move away initially due to his pram blocking me and another passenger beside me to give way. The next thing I knew he was throwing insults at me and threaten to take a video of me. I managed to move and he was still calling me names. Next thing I knew, he was only going off (literally) the next stop. This may just be a rant but it affected me the whole morning due to stress and the moment i reached my office, i was bawling my eyes out in silence. Any tips to handle these negative emotions while pregnant, that usually doesnt take as much effort to shut off? 😮‍💨
