Abrasion wound at 5 months old neck due to constant movement, perspiration or scratching?

I just noticed a 'tear' at my baby's neck. When I try to clean with tissue, abit of blood came off. It's hard to clean the neck as my baby is rather chubby and super fidgety. My baby also perspire alot. The nails are trimmed regularly so I assume it's because of heat and rubbing which cause the abrasion wound. Should I apply some cream over it? Or how could I help my baby to heal faster? #advicepls #pleasehelp

This might be due to sweat and hence cause redness with rashes. Better to go doctor for proper cream prescription. In the meantime try to keep it dry with towel by dabbing lightly. Dont putting anything over the wound.

How to get rid of rashes around 3-4 months old baby's neck?

Alot of Rashes appearing on Baby's neck (all around). Tried cleaning regularly and applying mosturiser but not working. The rashes seem to increase. Are these heat rashes? #advicepls

Do visit a PD! My LO had similar rashes, and was told by PD that it was fungal infection, and had to apply antifungal cream, also to keep the area clean and dry!

Rashes - Dirt / Allergy / Insect bites or ?

My girl has stomach flu last week and doctor told us to let her be on soy milk for a week or till symptoms are gone. However, she starts to develop rashes this week (mainly on her hands). Is this due to dust, allergy to soy milk or other reasons? Any mummies have encounter these similar rashes before? #firstbaby #1stimemom

Hair Loss and bad eczema

My baby is 5 months old and I have been dropping hair all the time from the third month (sometimes in chunks 😱). I am also experiencing bad eczema outbreaks from the legs to hands (super itchy) which leads to scarring 😭.Doctor prescribed Aqua cream which is not helping. Anyone has similar bad hair loss and eczema problems? Any solutions? My baby is licking and sucking everywhere and pulling my hair nowadays so I need babysafe products to use and trying to prevent my hairs from falling all over my LO. 😝 Anyone can advise? Thank you.
