First Food Sharing ?

Hi! My baby is turning 6 mos. this coming December 8. Just wanna ask mommies if pwede nyo i-share ang first food menu nyo and recipe ?? I'm excited na ? Thank you!!!

Start sa soft foods. Patatas,carrots,sayote,papaya,banana,apple,broccoli,sweet potato. Yan na nakaen ng baby ko. Imash mo lng...isteam mo tapos mash or blend yung hndi maimamash...ngaun hinaluan ko na ng oatmeal yung mga pagkaen ng baby ko. Apple and banana palang nahahalo ko...pwede ka din mag mix ng veggies pag ipapakaen sa kanya basta wag lalagyan ng salt and sugar

Hello mommies! My husband just arrived in Bahrain today. He'll be teaching there for the next 2 years. We've never been apart this far and this long ever since we got together. I understand his reasons for going. But sometimes I think about our distance and my chest just constricts. Will it get better anytime soon? Also, because of all the Tulfo I've been watching about broken relationships between couples with an OFW partner, some part of me gets anxious. We've only been married for almost 6 months and our baby's only 3 months old. I trust my husband. He loves me and our family, so I shouldn't be worried about this. For those who have OFW partners, how will this anxiety be eased? I'm hoping this is just temporary.

Don't think negative things. Just trust your husband communicate and keep the fire burning. 🔥💗 Isipin mo nlang mommy na para sa inyo yung ginagawa ni hubby mo. Wag kna din manuod tulfo it will lessen your anxiety 😊

I'm just a little sad ?. My baby's weight when she was 2 months old and 6 days was 4.9kg. When I went back to the center yesterday for the scheduled immunization, I checked her weight again and she was only 5.0kg. She's 3 months and 4 days now. I'm really worried. Maybe she's not getting enough milk from me? She's a breastfed baby but she seems small. She doesn't show signs of having health issues, in fact, she's a happy baby who doesn't like to be put down when she's not asleep and just wants to be cuddled and talked to. I'm just really feeling down.

Pa check up mo sis. 26kilos baby ko nung nilabas ko.tapos pinacheck up ko sya nung 21days old pa lang sya 3.6 kilos na sya

exercise po para bumaba si baby like walking po pero not to long naman.

ilan months malalaman ang gender ni baby? pwede ba yan irequest sa nag ultrasound na iprint nalng ang gender at wag na sabihin for surprise?

so nag 20 weeks ako last Tuesday and I feel a lot of sensations na in my tummy and I suspect na some of them are movements from my baby. Parang nakakakiliti or something. movements na po kaya to ni baby? sa February pa kasi schedule ko with OB kaya dun ko pa matitiyak but I'm really excited hahaha first time mommy ??
