Any mummies experiencing your LO not gaining weight according to their age? My LO is 7 months, weighing 6.1kg. She’s on the smaller side since birth but not premature. Drank well, eat solids well, not picky, pees and poo well. Height and head size is growing as per normal. Any tips to make LO gain weight? So tired of ppl saying she’s small. Parents are petite size.

Leg cramps at 30 weeks onwards

Hello mummies, anyone experiencing frequent leg cramps at 30 weeks onwards? Every night was a torture to me that I had to keep on trying to ‘crack’ my bones to feel a little relief. Any mummies have quick remedies or tips for this? Thanks (:

Pimples all over my face

Hello mummies! Anybody experiencing a sudden outburst of pimples on their face during pregnancy? Mine got worse and it’s really depressing. Might be the hormones but any tips to reduce the pimples from outbreaking again? #sadmumtobe

Hi mama, Yes the hormones are definitely at play here but another reason could be gut health - you could try eating more whole foods, less high glycemic foods (or less starchy ones) and more probiotics like yoghurts? Other things that may help are getting enough rest and hydration.
