Sino po dito kaparehas ko na mataas ang BP pero nanormal po yung panganganak?

Ako rin nag-experience ng mataas na BP during pregnancy, kaya naiintindihan ko ang worry mo! A few of us sa barkada actually had high BP pero normal pa rin ang delivery, pero honestly it's really best to work closely with your OB sa case mo kasi bawat pregnancy ay different, importante talaga na monitored ka ng mabuti throughout, lalo na towards the end. Marami kaming nakilala na naging okay naman, but you really need na regular check-ups and follow what your doctor says about meds o restrictions, just to be safe para sa inyo both.

Sino po dito nakatry ng NUB THEORY? Ilang percent po accuracy? Excited na po kasi ako malaman yung gender ni baby 14weeks pa lang po ako pero balak ko po magpa potty shot by Sunday para itry yung NUB THEORY. Thank you!

Aw, sobrang relatable! A few of us tried nub theory around that time, pero honestly sis, it's hit or miss, some say 70-80% accurate if done by someone experienced, pero marami ring naligtas na based on nub theory tapos girl pala or boy pala talaga haha! I'd say go for the potty shot on Sunday para may peace of mind kang gender reveal, pero don't put all your eggs in the nub theory basket kasi ang dami pang variables, angle, baby's position, even the sonographer's expertise makes a big difference. Mas sure pa rin talaga ang 20-week anatomy scan, pero wala masama kung excited ka na ngayon, go for it mama!
