I've given birth two weeks ago and yesterday I started vomiting everything I ate, it's green n yellow in color. I can't keep anything down anymore its been a day and i am breastfeeding. Could this endanger my baby??

Water leakage

Minutes after peeing i felt so wet n when I check I saw water on my underwear with a bit of yellow on it, but it wasn't a mucus. It smelt nothing like urine though. Could it be that my water broke?? It's been 4 days n no contractions
