Hi mga momshies gustung gusto q magpabreastfeed sa newborn son q kaso may concern sa nipple q, so the pedia still encourage me to pursue and invest daw for electric breast pump dahil sayang un gatas q. I have manual haaka breast pump kaso not enough un nacocollect sa demand ni baby so I'm thinking of buying electric breast pump nlng, any suggestion please un tested nyo na, sayang din kc if buy aq tpos di sha effective

Hi mga momshies nanganak nko last May 17 Thank God Baby Z is healthy naman. Then the parenthood begins, nahihirapan kmi magpadighay. Ilan beses n sumuka si Baby dahil dito. Tips naman jan panu magpaburp sa newborn...And pnu ba namin malalaman na nagburp n si Baby ? Will really appreciate those will respond to this. Thank you in advance

Discomfort at 35 wks

Hi mga momshies, I'm at my 35wks at sobrang likot ni baby day and night. Mabigat na rin ang tummy. I'm currently bedrest due to my condition and I can only lie down on my left side pero most of the time I experience left leg cramps. Any suggestion on how to lessen the discomfort and sometimes pain, I'm only awaiting until 37wks and sked nko for CS

Duphalac for Constipation

Mga sis sino npo un nkpgtry sa inyo ng Duphalac syrup to treat constipation? I have struggles n in my constipation, bawal naman umire kasi bk nmn magbleed n nmn aq. I have tried na high fiber foods, more water intake ganun pa rin. Please advise. Thank you

What is the first food you will definitely eat or drink after mailabas na si baby... because you miss it so much na ? Mine is kape talaga, I totally deprived myself from taking coffee, namimiss q na yun lasa ☕
