Hi mama, I’d recommend going for one that has a prenatal massage or doing foot reflexology. Body scrubs are fine although your skin may feel rather sensitive at this stage.

Results shows GDM after having GTT test at 25weeks.

Has any of you mummie resulted in any GDM after having GTT test? Its not permanent right,and only temporary in pregnancy?any advices?

Having a bad sore throat during at 20weeks. Can i just eat any med or do i nid to consult doctor first? 😷
