I tracked my baby’s diapers for a full month after he was born! Helped me keep track of any irregularities, changes, concerns and helped me track back when I would go in for doctor appointments, there was surely a lot of pooping in the first couple of weeks to keep track of!

Had green teas without knowing pregnancy. Is it safe for pregnant woman?

Yes it’s safe. 200mg of caffeine and below. That’s about 2-3 cups of tea

I am feeling increased pressure in my lower belly. I feel I can't take this pressure any more. What should i do?

As your uterus grows, the ligaments that support it are pulled and stretched. This can cause dull or sharp pains on either side of your belly. These pains are most common between weeks 18 and 24. To prevent or relieve pains: Avoid moving quickly, especially at the waist. Bend toward the pain to help relieve it. Rest or change your position. There are some abdominal supports that are designed for pregnancy that can help.

How do I deal with hot flashes during pregnancy?

Generally, hot flushes are more common in the second trimester and third trimester. Flushes may also continue after your baby arrives, especially if you’re breastfeeding. Try these tips to keep cool: -Wear layers of loose clothing. You can then remove layers if you feel too hot. -Wear clothes made from natural fibres, such as cotton and linen, which allow more air to circulate near your skin. -Keep your bedroom cool to help you sleep better through night-time flushes. If it’s hot during the day, leave the curtains closed so your room doesn’t warm up. -Buy a spray bottle and fill it with water. Spritz your face regularly to cool you down. Or keep a hand-held mini fan in your bag. -Take an extra shower a day to help you feel fresh. Pop some wipes in your bag to freshen your face while you’re at work.
