Masarap yung choco flavor nito but sadly, everytime i drink this, its eaither nagtatae ako or kumukulo ung tiyan ko buong araw at kinakabag ako. Never nmang ngyari sakin to dati nung nagtake ako ng prenagen. Will definitely switch back to prenagen nlang after i finished my stock of this

Same effect sakin mamsh. Kaya sabi ng OB ko tigil ko nalang daw muna magmilk kasi nagigising ako sa madaling araw para magpoop. Baka nga dahil sa brand. Will try other brand nalang din ng milk, though enfamama at promama ang suggested brands ng OB ko aside from Anmum. 😊

2 months with cold

Hi! my lo is turning 2 months palang pero nahawa sya sa sipon ng asawa ko. pano nyo ba tinatanggal ang sipon ng lo nyo? sabi po kasi nila na sipsipin ko daw. dinala ko syq sa pedia nya and said na breastmilk lng daw ay okay na. no meds given. please help. naaawa na ko kay baby.

I'm using nasal aspirator on my 1 month and a half baby. Recommended naman by his pedia para lang daw makahinga ng maayos

Epidural: Yes or No?

First time mom here. I'm about to deliver my baby next month. I wanna know if u would recommend me getting an epidural or not. Cos I've watched a lot of youtube vids saying they regretted getting an epidural. PS: Did it hurt receiving the epidural injection?

Epidural will save pain. The injection hurts, but the delivery is smoother. It is easier to take it in a planned fashion than asking for it during labour.
