Breech to cephalic

7 months and 4 days po ako today nung 6 months po cephalic si baby pero ngayon po breech iikot pa po ba si baby and any tips po para maging cephalic po ulit salmat po💜

Aw, I totally understand your worry, kasi parang nag-flip backwards yung baby mo! Yes, marami pang pagkakataon na mag-turn ulit siya into cephalic position kasi you're still at 7 months, most babies do move around pa until closer to delivery, though it gets less frequent as you get bigger. From what I've experienced and learned, gentle movements like doing pelvic tilts, staying active (like walking), or even swimming if you can are supposed to help encourage baby to reposition, but honestly hindi rin guaranteed. I think it's really best to check with your OB on this one para ma-assess nila ang situation in person, they might do an ultrasound and give you specific exercises or advice based on kung paano talaga ang position ng baby mo right now, kasi bawat case is different. Did your doctor mention anything about the flip during your last check-up?
